With a music awards red carpet, you just never know what you are going to get. However, with this year’s Billboard Music Awards, I was pleasantly surprised. At least for the most part… you know there’s always a couple crazies in every crew! Between gowns that I am severely jealous of {hello Carrie!!}, beautiful makeup {hello Zooey!!}, and super funky fun hair {hello Lacey!!}. I was loving so much… Here are my favorites from the evening…

Red Carpet Favorites: The Golden Globes

I was super enamored with the fabulous gowns of Sunday evening. The shapes, the colors, there were so many that I loved! A few some people may not agree with me on, but I love anything out of the box and I appreciate the art that is fashion! So without further a due…here are my favorites! Tell me yours!

A Night of Hollywood Glamour

There are few things I enjoy reading up on more than a Hollywood red carpet event. Now throw in the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, and I am beyond thrilled! The royal couple graced the red  carpet alongside Hollywood elite for the BAFTA party in Los Angeles this weekend.

The belle of the ball award certainly goes to the Duchess. She was completely stunning in Alexander McQueen.

Catherine also was allowed the chance to step outside the royal protocol box and step into some super sassy shimmer-y Jimmy Choos.

Coming in second place for position of belle of the ball would have to go to Gossip Girl star Blake Lively. I’m a huge fan of her personal style and walking this red carpet was no different. Her one shoulder Grecian dress was simply stunning!

The always elegant Nicole Kidman was gorgeous in an ice blue Elie Saab shimmering gown with a super high slit up the middle.

My new favorite color for clothes has got to be navy blue. What set this in stone for me even more was Jennifer Garner’s navy satin gown. So pretty!

Also taking the Grecian look was Elizabeth Moss. She looked so elegant!

One of my favorite actresses is Zooey Deschanel. She is beyond hilarious in everything she does and her style is so different and super cute. This event was no different and I love that she went a little shorter with her hemline, but paired it with yet another pair of super sassy shimmer-y heels.

I just love a good red carpet, don’t you?
